Fowler Residence

The Fowler Residence is a single-family two-story residence located in the rolling foothills east of downtown Knoxville, TN. The owner’s vision for the house was a rural farmhouse with modern amenities and sustainable features. The floor plan provides for modern open-plan living, but also allows for effective cross-ventilation. The more linear plan provides natural light, flooding the interior spaces throughout the day. The house achieved a LEED Silver rating while maintaining its vernacular style.
