Family Brands Facility Replacement

In 2017, Family Brands’ 60+ year old facility in Lenoir City, TN suffered a devastating fire, destroying approximately half of the 70,000 sq. ft. facility. Johnson & Galyon was hired by the owner and insurance company to assist with the investigation of the cause of the fire, mass demolition, code analysis of remaining facilities, and Design Build services to complete the new state-of-the-art, code compliant food processing plant. The efforts of the project team helped get over 150 employees back to work in 18 months.
