Blackberry Farm Wellness Center

The Wellhouse, a new 12,000 sq. ft. spa and wellness center located in Walland, TN at Blackberry Farm, includes eight treatment rooms, steam rooms, locker rooms, a pool and fitness center, lounge, reception and retail areas. Our team provided significant logistic planning to reduce the impact construction would have on this private resort community. Offsite construction parking and material staging, along with coordination of ongoing resort activities were a few of the steps taken to lessen interaction with residents and guests.

The new facility was designed to fit into the Blackberry Farm esthetics, which include extensive stone masonry, reclaimed wood and iron accents.
