Holiday Inn World’s Fair Park

Located in downtown Knoxville, this project consisted of the complete renovation of 288 guest rooms, corridors, dining and bar areas, ballrooms and meeting rooms, along with renovations to the exterior entrance. Coordination of utility interruptions were key to the success of the project as the building’s electrical distribution systems were replaced and the mechanical systems were significantly modified. The project presented significant challenges considering it remained fully operational during the renovation with minimal staging area.
