Craig Daniel

Craig entered the construction field in the early 1990’s and joined Johnson & Galyon in 2010. He studied architecture at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and received his
degree from the College of Architecture and Design in 1998.  

Craig’s construction expertise is a result of knowledge gained from providing both project management and preconstruction services for a wide range of clients over his 20-year career in
the industry. His resume includes projects for the University of Tennessee, the Tennessee Board of Regents, Tennova, Covenant Health, the University of Tennessee Medical Center and East
Tennessee Children’s Hospital and numerous private entities. Two recent and notable projects are East Tennessee Children’s Hospital NICU and Surgery Expansion and the University of
Tennessee Medical Center Heart Tower Expansion. These two examples have a combined valuation in excess of 100 million dollars and over 400,000 square feet in combined area.  

Craig is involved in the Associated General Contractors organization and holds the President position for the Knoxville Branch. He has served on the AIA of East Tennessee board of
directors in the past and beginning this year, will be serving on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design. He is also a member of
the Sevier County Economic Development Council.  

Aside from construction, Craig’s passion is his family and providing support to his children in all their endeavors. He and his wife, Ashlea, have two sons – Reid and Case.
