University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium Renovations – Phase 1A & Phase 1B

Phase 1A – 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way, Knoxville, TN 37996
The first phase of renovations to UT Neyland Stadium involved the removal of bleacher seating under the east side skyboxes and making way for luxury box seating for 400 corporate and private donors. This involved removal of the metal bleachers and the demolition of the existing structures and strengthening columns to support the added weight. This phase also included the addition of new concessions and restrooms to an outdated platform. Existing concourses were widened from 30 feet to almost 90 feet wide in the north concourse of the stadium. All work was completed during the football program’s offseason.

Phase 1B – 1600 Phillip Fulmer Way, Knoxville, TN 37996
The second phase of renovations to Neyland Stadium involved the complete renovation of the west concourse, including new concession areas. In the lower level of the stadium, a new media center and a letterman’s club were added. The players’ locker room was also renovated. The perimeter of the infield was refurbished with the addition of brick walls and pavers. This work was completed during the football program’s offseason.
