A state-of-the-art office building incorporating cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure with innovative architectural design detailing rarely seen in a mid-size market. The fast-track project involved early release packages for the site, foundations, and steel to meet the tenant’s move-in date requirements. Johnson & Galyon achieved all budget, quality and schedule targets, completing the project in eight months. The office space is located in Knoxville’s first comprehensive office park.
